How is my Delivery Plan determined?

Your Delivery Plan is automatically based on the usual frequency and volume of your scheduled deliveries.

It reflects your regular arrangement — not individual deliveries that may vary from week to week.

What does my monthly contribution cover?

Your monthly contribution helps Gift of Bread meet the costs of delivering bread, including fuel, vehicle maintenance, tolls, coordination and driver support.

It replaces separate delivery-fee and fuel-levy calculations with one clear monthly contribution.

Does each delivery have a separate fee?

No. Delivery contributions are no longer calculated separately for every delivery.

Your organisation receives one monthly invoice under its Delivery Plan.

Do larger or more frequent deliveries have a different contribution?

Yes. Delivery Plans reflect the scale of your regular scheduled arrangement. Organisations receiving more frequent or higher-volume deliveries will generally have a higher Delivery Plan contribution.

Will my plan change if one delivery is larger or smaller than usual?

No. Your plan is based on your usual scheduled arrangement.

Your plan will only change if your regular delivery frequency or volume changes.

Is collection available?

Yes. At Our Door collection is available free of charge from Gift of Bread Outreach Centres, subject to availability and collection arrangements.

Do all organisations have a Delivery Plan?

Delivery Plans apply to organisations receiving regular delivery services. Collection arrangements and some partner organisations may have different arrangements.

Why has Gift of Bread introduced Delivery Plans?

Delivery Plans make contributions clearer and more predictable for our partners. They also give Gift of Bread a more consistent way to share the real costs of delivering bread across the community.

Delivery Plan Guide

Your Delivery Plan is calculated automatically from your regular scheduled deliveries.

Everyday Delivery:
Basic — $40 per month;
Basic Plus — $55 per month;
Regular — $70 per month;
Regular Plus — $90 per month.

Ongoing Delivery:
Essential — $110 per month;
Essential Plus — $150 per month;
Extended — $175 per month;
Extended Plus — $225 per month.

Expanded Delivery:
Prime — $275 per month;
Prime Plus — $350 per month;
Intensive — $450 per month;
Intensive Plus — $600 per month.
